Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 10, 2026
NAVIGATOR is designed for private client access. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the safeguards used to protect it.
Independent server per user
Each user is operated in an independently isolated server environment to separate workloads and reduce cross-user access risk.
Encrypted exchange credentials
API keys and secret keys are encrypted before storage and are handled only for authorized service operations.
1. Information we process
We may process the minimum information needed to provide and secure NAVIGATOR, including:
- Account and identity information, such as your name, email address, and authentication records.
- Exchange connection information, including API keys and secret keys supplied by you.
- Portfolio, balance, transaction, and performance data retrieved through authorized exchange APIs.
- Security and service logs, such as access time, device or browser information, and error records.
2. How we use information
We use information only where necessary to:
- Authenticate users and protect account access.
- Connect to authorized exchanges and provide portfolio, performance, risk, and reporting features.
- Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability and security.
- Meet applicable legal, regulatory, audit, and fraud-prevention obligations.
3. Isolation and security
NAVIGATOR operates each user in an independently isolated server environment. Access is restricted according to operational need, and service activity is monitored to detect unauthorized access or abnormal behavior.
Exchange API keys and secret keys are encrypted before being stored. Credentials are decrypted only when required for an authorized operation and are not displayed back in full through the user interface.
No system can guarantee absolute security. We therefore maintain layered technical and organizational safeguards and review them as the service evolves.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate NAVIGATOR, when you direct or authorize us to do so, or when disclosure is required by applicable law. Providers are limited to the information necessary for their role and are expected to protect it appropriately.
5. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and applicable requirements. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer required.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask questions about its use. You may also request that an exchange connection be revoked. Revoking access may limit or disable related NAVIGATOR features.
7. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, safeguards, or legal requirements. The effective date above will be revised when a new version is posted. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact NAVIGATOR through your designated account manager or the official support channel provided with your service agreement.
